Kale Smoothie: Most people find Kale bitter, I have to say I don’t agree. If seasoned correctly or mixed with other vegetables, it tastes great. So why not try a smoothie. Here is one of my favorite recipes for a large smoothie (1 serving).

Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cup of skim milk
  2. 5 ice cubes
  3. 1 sliced banana
  4. 1 cup chopped up Kale
  5. 1/2 cup chopped up spinach
  6. 1 tablespoon honey

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into your blender and mix it up.
  2. Enjoy : )
